Meanwhile, Homelander visits Madelyn Stillwell!
The word creepy doesnt even begin to capture it, especially in the final scene.
She witnessed Liberty murder her brother, calling him a Black piece of shit before doing it.
And then she was paid to keep her mouth shut.
She reveals that the monster known as Liberty is the same one now known as Stormfront.
While the legacy of Stormfronts evil is being defined, Billy makes his way to Becca.
Hes going to leave the kid behind, and they can start a new life together.
Billy is too smart for that play.
The final scene is essential for the arc of Homelander.
He finally says something he may not have said before: I dont need everyone to love me.
I dont need anyone.
And then he strangles and kills himself.
Now that hes killed his external self and need for adoration, what does Homelander become?
I forgot that The Deep is getting a bride?!?

The scenes in which he tries to find Billy without speaking to the surveillance tech were a little terrifying.
