The New YorkTimesreports that Damon haunts the beaches of Irelands Amalfi Coast, rattling hisshopping bagsfrom regional supermarket chains.
He has become something of a local legend, materializing in pubs, at least before they closed.
They call the actor Matt ODamon now affectionately, according to theTimes.
Apparently, Damon arrived in Dalkey in mid-March, prepared to shoot scenes for athen-forthcoming Ridley Scott film.
