**Spoilers ahead for the season one finale ofOn Becoming a God in Central Florida.
Shes found stability, even if that means working with a company she knows is ruining lives everyday.
Then, shell be back to reckon with Obie Garbeau.
Congrats on season two ofOn Becoming a God!
I mean, I almost walked away a couple times.
I love dark comedies.
It was just perfectly weird enough that I knew I would have a good time.
I knew I wasnt going to be, like, crying in every scene or stuff like that.
You know, its not like a heavy show in that sense.
She gets into some pretty heavy stuff toward the end.
Shes betting bigger.Well, she needs that water park.
She doesnt have any other choice, really.
Cody [Theodore Pellerin] doesnt have any money.
His mothers cutting him off.
The Splashercise thing is something that she really believes in.
And Obies that person that could be blackmailed.
Without it, shes gotta pay for this whole thing.
Shes gonna use FAM until she doesnt need FAM anymore and do her own thing.
Thats what I think.
It makes me so uncomfortable!
Really?Well, cause I have to slap him in the face.
Its just like, so not my vibe.
I was like, Okay …
So, for her, I think hes amusing.
And also, she needs help wherever she can get it, you know?
Hes been attached and I think hes her ally at that point.
She doesnt have anyone and hes willing to help her and take care of her baby with her.
Its hard to be a single mom.
But then again, that could switch in an episode, too.
And theres another thing that I think will happen in season two but I cant talk about it yet.
I was an extra one day.
I was like, Ill do background!
And I just walked through.
I wasnt even on that set ever.
That was all Jesse.
No one talked about it.
Even at the premiere, Jesse didnt say he was in the movie.
He was just like, Oh, Im excited to see it.
Like, he wasnt in it.
Hes like, Ive never got to lie like that.
It was so fun.
Generally, looking forward, what kind of roles are interesting to you?Ive always been more director-driven.
For me, its just working with people that Id love to work with in my life like that.
I dont really care what part.
I would like to do a musical, though, one day.
I dont know, maybe an original.
Like I know Charlie Kaufman wrote an original musical that never got made.
So, something interesting like that would be really cool.
Its like, handing the baby an empty paper-towel roll and theyll be entertained.
I wouldnt have necessarily known that had I not had a child.
I think I wouldve been a little more like, Oh, is this okay?
Theyre safe, just hold em.
There are all these little times when Krystals just like, Here, Destiny, play with this phone.
Were those improvisations on your part?Yeah, of course, yeah, yeah, yeah.
So, I was like, How are we gonna sell this?
Its so stupid, like Im not gonna look at my keychain, like,Oh, yeah.
You just gotta interact with the baby.
Raising Arizonawas kind of my inspiration for how to interact with the baby, too.
