Its a strong opening, and its a demonstration of the most effective things aboutIrresponsible.
That opening bit also works because it lets Hart place himself in a relative position of vulnerability.
But the core idea of the joke is Hart naked, caught in a supremely revealing and unguarded position.
He is on display at a moment when he did not intend to be.
They are jokes about his insecurity.
His footing is less sure.
But through the second half of Harts set, things start to fray a bit.
And Hart carries it with his infectious energy.
