Jimmy Fallon should wear glasses.
I have been informed this article needs to say more stuff for it to be published.
This isnt a vision issue.
Im not saying that Jimmy in 2020 looks like Baby Jimmy, Americas post-9/11SNLheartthrob.
Its that he hasnt exactly transitioned into Daddy Jimmy.
And I think he needs to if hes going to continue hostingThe Tonight Showfor decades to come.
Take Jimmy Kimmel c’mon.
He used to look like this:
This is the image of someone who would hostThe Man Show.
Now take Stephen Colbert c’mon.
I promise Im done.
Conan OBrien, 57, is an icon and thus doesnt have to do anything.
Seth Meyers, 46 (same age as Fallon),has longer hair now.
Also, his show airs at 12:30 in the morning, which is a young mans time.
Look:
Yes, glasses were very thin back then.
That is not the point.
The point is, umm, hes wearing glasses.
It really sets up my next sentence.
Its because, in many ways, Tina Fey represented Fallons glasses when they were together.
I know what youre probably thinking again:Yeah, butwouldnt he look like a nerd?
First, hey, be nice.
Glasses would be slimming and bring a sense of relative proportion.
I believe theyd make him look hot.
Its a great place.
You go and they look at your face and suggest things that would work for it.
Julia Gogosha, the titular Gogosha, offered up four options for Jimmy.
So, we move on.
This strong but understated and reassuring style offers the calm of timelessness, the description reads.
But do they maketoomuch sense?
Do we really want to emerge from this grand, horrific reset completely unchanged?
Which brings me and Gogosha toJacques Marie Mages Zephirin 47:
Damn.
I knew she had it in her, but I never couldve predicted shed go this hard.
Gogosha chose these as a distinct and discerning, bold and present piece.
Being a late-night host is a strange gig.
Thats because consistency is late-night televisions primary aim.
But consistency is antithetical to existence.
The only consistency in a humans life is change.
This means late-night hosts, to stay true to themselves, must grow onscreen in ways they do off.
Growing up is hard, especially in public ask any former child star.
And they do that by acknowledging it.
In closing, Jimmy Fallon should wear glasses.
It would look like this:
Not bad.
