Ben Warren, my man!
Ben and Bailey love each other so much.
Im dedicated, if nothing else.
Baileys pregnancy proves important for someone else in this episode, as well.
Jo Karev is having a moment.
Shes been doing so well since coming back to work and scamming Bailey into giving her a promotion.
Or, out the porthole, as it were.
Shes 100 percent p-r-e-g-o.
She is super pregnant.
That calms Jo down immediately.
Theres more to the story than just Jo freaking out in a hermetically sealed room.
We get some flashbacks to Jos time in therapy.
We knew that Jo started healing while in treatment, now we get to see that breakthrough.
Having that foundation wouldve made tonights payoff much more engrossing.
Hes running a freaking cesspool hospital, you guys!
Elsewhere, Zolas sick!
and Tom Koracick needs to go in and adjust.
Sure, its a routine surgery and Tom is the best, but this is brain surgery!
And as Meredith points out, have you seen [her] life?
She has a notorious track record for things taking like, super bad turns.
Meredith is stuck hanging out in a private waiting room as Zola goes under the knife.
Not showing up could be a huge problem.
Theres also a lot of tension with DeLuca.
That dude just cant win!
Thankfully, her sisters call her out on how shes treating this very kind man who loves her.
Now hes a dummy who doesnt get it because hes not a parent?
Sure, Meredith admits to being an ass, but DeLuca deserves better than this!
The sooner Meredith gets back into an operating room, the better.
For all of us.
It looks like that wont be happening right away.
The judge agrees to it but she wont be making it up back with the trash pickup group.
Shell be making up those hours in jail.
So, I guess Orange is the New Grey, too.
Be better, Webber!
You also have a personality apart from that tumor, Meredith reminds her.
My gut only says yes.
[…] It screams yes!
Hey, at least Amelia is self-aware now.
The joy on Maggies face when she comes out of her quadruple valve replacement is a thing to behold.
And I dont think it needs to, Meredith affirms.
Cristina Yang would be so proud.
Mers burnt-orange trench: Yes, like.
