What made you decide to pursue a comedy career?I had absolutely no idea how comedy worked.
Outside of watching a lot of stand-up on TV, it was a mystery to me.
I accidentally saw an improv show at UCB in 2011 and it lit my brain on fire.
You produce a weekly stand-up show at a pizza shop in L.A. What inspired that?

I host it with three other comics and a few talented producers.
Im actually the newest member, even though Ive been on for about three years.
Hosting is the same as performing to me, it just takes more focus.

Its called16,000 Dollarsand were shooting as we speak.
Its written by me and Ellington Wells and directed by Symone Baptiste, who also producesSauce.
Were hoping to guilt-trip the festival circuit with it in 2020.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, which produces 80 percent of the worlds rejection.
What time were you born?

I think my mom said it was around 9 p.m., but thats not the way I remember it.
